The more things change …
What a year it has been. For us, it’s been all about evolution - in so many ways.
We expanded internationally with our new office in Auckland, and moved our Melbourne office to the very spacious Level 6 at 99 William St.
We launched our career advancement and advisory service, Executive Auditions, and congratulated our first Higher Education HR Scholarship winner, Kim Mackey (applications for next year’s scholarship close 1 March).
We expanded domestically with more clients in the ACT and South Australia, and will open new offices in Canberra and Adelaide in 2012. We will also welcome two new Senior Consultants to the firm early in the year.
And there will be much more where that came from in 2012 …
A proactive approach to building Board diversity
Demand for qualified directors who are younger, female or from multicultural backgrounds is growing. Our new Board Search practice, FutureBoards, will meet this demand by building a pipeline of emerging talent from across Australia and New Zealand who will be integral to ensuring diversity in future Board appointments.
Cross-sector candidate choice
One of our major differentiators will continue to be our ability to offer real candidate choice. Because we work across the public, private, education and non-profit sectors, our clients have immediate access to a diverse range of high calibre candidates from different sectors who can bring new energy and a fresh perspective to leadership teams.
But the more some things change, the more others stay the same. Helping our clients make exceptional leadership appointments remains our core business. I know I speak for everyone in the team when I say thank you to all of our clients, candidates, colleagues and friends for the opportunity to work with you and play a role in your busy lives.
I hope everyone will have a chance to catch their breath, take stock, and enjoy some time with family and friends.
All the very best and take care,

PS. Please note our office will be closed from
5.30pm on Thursday 22/12, reopening Tuesday 3/1. |
