Shellie Joyce is a Para Consultant, specialising in supporting our Senior Consultants working in the health, government and not for profit sectors. Her role encompasses client and candidate management and liaison, desktop research, advertisement and report writing, and end to end assignment management.
Prior to joining JFE, Shellie worked in the banking and finance sector in Canberra and Melbourne for more than fifteen years. She specialised in client relationship management, and worked for a range of organisation including Godfrey Pembroke Financial Advisors, Goldman Sachs JBWere and the National Australia Bank. Whilst at NAB, Shellie served as Vice President of the NAB Staff Club, was Community Partner Employee Champion for Save the Children and also launched an employee relations group to raise the engagement and work experience for all employees.
Shellie holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Management in Marketing from the University of South Australia. Shellie is a qualified weather observer and holds a Certificate IV in Air Traffic Services.
