Liz Jones specialises in executive appointments at the most senior levels across all sectors, including the Corporate, Government, Health and NFP sectors.

Liz has enjoyed a career spanning more than 20 years in senior roles in both the Recruitment and Corporate sectors. After commencing her career as a Graduate at IBM Australia she advanced to a Sales & Marketing role with IBM specialising in marketing to the manufacturing sector across both software & hardware. After four years with IBM, Liz’s career moved onto another iconic organisation Lend Lease Employer Systems. This role gave Liz an excellent understanding of both HR & Payroll services and the nuances of managing large and complex clients.

Liz spent 12 years as a Senior Consultant with a large international Executive Search firm and was responsible for managing the Retail/FMCG practice. Liz undertook and successfully completed roles such as; General Manager Merchandise, General Manager Marketing, Country Manager and General Manager HR whilst managing more junior consultants and also the needs and requirements for the Melbourne office.

Liz received a Bachelor Arts (BA) from La Trobe University, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Deakin University and is a Graduate of the AICD.
