The Position

Bendigo Kangan Institute is seeking an exceptional individual to lead and develop the strategic growth and operational management of indigenous education and community engagement provided by BKI. This role will take the lead in liaising with key Aboriginal community, government and private sector stakeholder groups in the identification of training needs, the enhancement of BKI enrolments and the creation of job opportunities for the indigenous community.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Studies, the successful candidate will identify as an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and will be expected to develop and implement innovative initiatives that reflect the BKI commitment to indigenous education and complement government initiatives for Indigenous students.
